Built in 1953

Low Gap Shelter is right via side trail into cove with spring and stream nearby, suggest getting water from the source on the trail down to the shelter.  Picnic table, fire ring, bear cable, no privy.

My two cents worth:
The shelter is not very nice to stay in however there are a lot of good spots near by for tenting out. The water for this shelter in my opinion should be treated, you will see.
